Servizo is a UK-based marketplace that connects customers with trusted, self-employed chefs and drivers for home and event services across the UK. Whether you’re planning a private dinner, a family celebration or need reliable delivery and transport support, Servizo brings together skilled professionals and customers on one simple, secure platform.

Our mission is to make high-quality, flexible services as easy to book as ordering online – while giving independent providers the tools they need to grow their business, stay compliant and look after their clients.

How Servizo works

Servizo operates as a marketplace platform, not an employer. We match customer requests with the most suitable chef or driver based on skills, availability, location and service type. Once a Provider accepts a booking via the Platform, they deliver the service directly to the customer; Servizo supports the process with streamlined communication, secure payments and responsive support.

Customers can browse services, request quotes, confirm bookings and pay through the platform, while providers manage their availability, documents and bookings from their own dashboards.

Behind the scenes, Servizo works to ensure that providers meet the standards set out in our Terms & Conditions, including compliance with relevant food safety, driver licensing and vehicle standards.

For providers (chefs & drivers)

Servizo is designed to help independent professionals:

Providers remain independent contractors and are responsible for how they deliver their services, including holding the right licences, qualifications and insurance for the work they perform (such as public liability, food safety compliance or Hire & Reward cover for delivery/driver work).

Safety, insurance & compliance

Servizo has arranged its own business insurance (including cyber and PI/PL policies) and designs its platform and processes to work alongside Providers’ own cover, not replace it. Our Terms & Conditions and policies are written to reflect real-world operational and insurance requirements, including safety standards, incident reporting and cooperation with insurers where needed.

Data protection & privacy

We take privacy and cybersecurity seriously. Servizo Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through the platform and operates in line with GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it and the rights you have over your information, including access, deletion and objection.

We use appropriate security measures – including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring – to help protect data, and we never sell personal data to third parties.
